This year's EmpowerCon will feature a robust lineup of all new, dynamic, highly interactive professional development sessions that will have you feeling energized, grounded and ready for the year ahead. As with previous EmpowerCons, there is no cost to attend and all participants will earn 5 ECPD hours.
Over the years, the Illinois Resource Center has received feedback from their amazing educator community that they want more in-person professional development opportunities outside of the Chicagoland area. They are listening, and EmpowerCon is the perfect setting to connect, build community and share resources with regional peers to meet the unique local challenges of supporting multilingual students in your district.
