Cancelled**Effective Transition of English Language Learners (AAC#496) This Academy course will cover the Minimum Program Requirements for English Language Learners, with an introduction to the State's English Language Proficiency Standards for ELL including an overview of the ACCESS for ELLs (English Language proficiency test). It will also provide a framework for participants to independently design an appropriate pre-referral process for ELLs.  8:30 AM- 3:30 PM.
