Got Stress? Administrator Survival Strategies (AAC #604) One ingredient most administrators have in common today is stress.  Stress negatively affects school culture. This Academy course is designed to help participants effectively deal with their stress and remain positive. Participants will review the current research on stress and the impact on health. Participants will examine their current life style and identify their own key stress indicators, and participate in personal goal setting to achieve a healthier lifestyle and optimize their leadership capacity.
